Hello! Welcome to the area! Okay, for Sunday breakfast I have it on good authority that the Antiques Village is the place to go. There's a cafe downstairs. I can also personally recommend the Friends Cafe.

For dog walking, I guess Cringle Park on Errwood Road. My sister used to take her dogs there. Though don't go near the bowling green (apparently) and don't go on your own at night.

I haven't had a pub meal in Levenshulme. We tend to go to The Didsbury (in Didsbury obviously). They do really good food in there. Oh and if you go to Didsbury at lunch time, go to the Royal Oak. They do cheese and pate platters that are just to die for.

What else - M19 is great after work on a Friday night. The Bluebell is also good (Barlow Road) near the library. Oh and the Himalaya is great for an 'after drinks curry'.

Let me know if you have any other questions. Lady Levy :-)

i have just moved to Levenshulme, and would be glad of the nod about where to go for coffee and toast on Sundays, where I can take my dog, where to go for pub meals etc.

I chose Levenshulme as I like the shabby chic look!

Our cat peed in the toaster once. Bloody pedigree moggies.
We continued to use it though, once we knew the leccy was running through it ok. (the toaster, not the cat)

Levvy is great, except for my neighbours with the sofa in the front garden. Isis cafe is good for toast and lazy mid day breakfasts.
